Youth & Children's Ministry

This Ministry provides leadership in helping MSBC Youth & Children develop a personal understanding and relationship with God.  Its defining principle is found in Proverbs 22:6-"Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it".  Its objectives include developing youth leaders by providing bible Study and training, encouraging regular and active attendance at all activities, offering service projects as a method of community exposure and experience, encouraging ministering to other youth about Christ, and promoting participation in Church sponsored event (local, state, and national), coordinating activities with other ministries, and communicating effectively with parents and guardians.

Within Morning Star Baptist Church G1 (God First) Youth Ministry, we have a goal to bring young people together in a life of faith, action and fellowship, and address spiritual, emotional, and social needs unique to youth.

Nursery

The Nursery accepts children ages 0-5 years of age. Volunteers supervise children during morning and /or evening worship services. Loving care is given to these children by providing special activities and Bible study.
